Gospel Perspectives

This is a rather strange little blog post, as it is about a book but not a book review. It is really an archiving post, mostly for myself, but also for anyone looking for some rather esoteric things, and things which are nearly always useful.

I am referring (of course!) to the essays that make up the three volumes of 'Gospel Perspectives', edited by R. T. France and David Wenham. These are high-level academic essays, off of the back of a project of Tyndale House, and include contributions (as are listed below) from high-flyers and legends such as D. A. Carson, Richard Bauckham, F. F. Bruce, and many others.

As I said, this is a post most partly for me, but if you are interested in one of the essays/chapters, or want a conclusion, then do let me know in the comments and I will do my best to 'share the wealth', as they say. Anyway, below are lists of contributors and Contributions.

  1. I'd love to have the chapter by Riesner as I hear this is a summary of his much longer book. Any opportunity you can share that with me? Thanks!

    1. Hi Parker, thanks for the comment. The short answer is 'no', the long answer is 'possibly'.
