Book Review: Is God anti-gay?

________________

UPDATE 29/11/13 - A great new website launched today, looking at this complex issue through the perspective of individuals, theological thought, and book reviews. Endorsed by some great folks and well designed, check out Living Out!

If you enjoyed this review, and were looking for 'further reading', I'd love to recommend a couple of other books to you, that I have reviewed on this blog. One is pastoral and practical, Alex Tylee's 'Walking with Gay Friends', whilst another is more academic and challenging, Jennell Williams Parris' 'The End of Sexual Identity'. Probably the most helpful book on this topic is Wesley Hill's superb 'Washed and Waiting'.

In terms of my own writing, I'd love you to read and engage with my recent post, 'Sex(uality) is not Enough', looking at how identity must be more than just sex(uality). You may also find something interesting in my post 'Christianity and Homosexuality: A New Approach'. Ultimately, though, it is all about Jesus, so check out some of my posts about the most important person who ever lived.
