Seriously? This is a book review? Seems more like a 'me and my thoughts' review. I'm guessing you only had time to skim the book in your coffee break then bash out a few lines?
I'm not quite sure what you are getting at, could you expand on your criticisms? I write reviews on this blog for myself and my reasonably broad (From academics to not-interested-but-like-reading-the-bible) readership, and this book review follows that form.
The review echoes my thoughts, and it is never my intention to summarise the argument of each individual chapter. I make no pretence that this is anything other than my thoughts!
