Thanks Tom. I look forward to reading it. Another good book on this subject is D.A. Carson's "The Intolerance of Tolerance" (Nottingham: IVP, 2012), which is probably a bit more technical, and explores the history of "tolerance" and the reasons for its transmutation into PC illiberalism in the late 20th and early 21st century.
Completely agree - I keep thinking I've reviewed it, as I recommend it in posts relevant to the topics at hand. I intend to review it by the new year - so watch this space!
